Cancellation & Refund

Skill Disk believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, Once you have earned a course certificate with your payment, you are not eligible for a refund even if it is within 7 days.
  • In case you feel that the service received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice through email to info@skilldisk.com within 3 days of enrollment. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the Skill Disk, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the original mode of payment.
